Warwick Hall

Warwick Hall is an impressive performance and rehearsal venue which opened on the Guy Nelson Hall site in 2016. Externally a dramatic nine metre high facade and Piazza leads to a breathtaking space capable of seating up to 1000. Telescopic theatre seating allows the venue to be used for formal Music concerts or when stored, dance performances and banquets. Two drama or dance studios offer smaller venues for performances and workshops and can also operate as backstage ‘Green rooms’ for performances in the Hall outside of school hours. The six floor to ceiling acoustic panels on stage are movable to provide the best projection from the stage into the auditorium. Warwick Hall also houses a Steinway Model ‘B’ Grand Piano.

King’s High Hall

King’s High Hall is housed within King’s High School buildings, with access onto the beautiful Quad. A stunning auditorium with tiered seating for 300 and is designed to provide rehearsal space for a full 60-piece symphony orchestra. The space is treated as a musical instrument in its own right; folded, timber-panels provide acoustic reflection and absorption to ensure that a range of different musical performances can take place in an outstanding music venue.

Bridge House Theatre

The Bridge House Theatre was opened by Dame Judi Dench in 2000, and since then it has grown into one of Warwick’s most popular venues. A mid-scale venue of 304 seats. A beautiful interior of wood and brick creates an attractive and intimate space for performance. Our audiences enjoy a wide-ranging repertoire of professional productions, presented alongside local community events and stunning performances from the students at Warwick Schools Foundation and our partner schools. Box Office facilities are provided for ticketed performances, The Bridge House Theatre and Warwick Hall Venues are beside each other.

Musically this venue converts very well to suit Jazz, Rock and smaller classical ensembles being, by its very nature, a drier acoustic. There are small areas on the first floor that convert well to provide a small area on both sides for musicians perfect for musical productions.

Rosconn Auditorium

A tree lined path leads to a double height entrance space, including a built-in serving area for refreshments, with a performance hall on one side and a wing of teaching spaces spread over two floors (including lift access) on the other. The Rosconn Auditorium with its stunning wooden floor, is located beside Stephens Quad and equipped with cutting-edge acoustic technology, ensuring that every note and sound is crystal clear and captivating. The floor to ceiling windows at one end provides plenty of natural light. It is a well-designed venue with retractable seating for 90 providing excellent sight lines, making it suitable for various events such as performances, recitals, and musical events. It also houses a Grotrian-Steinweg Grand Piano.

Two well-equipped music classrooms are nearby, offering musicians a spacious area for group practice. A dedicated percussion studio and 14 practice rooms are available for individual skill development. A unique feature is the Northgate room, with the Lady Suzi Jeans organ from the Birmingham Royal Conservatoire more details of which can be found here.
