The present-day custom is to look at reviews before buying anything to ensure they are getting value and service for their purchase. Our customers are more personal to us and we regular receive both verbal compliments as well as e-mails thanking us. Our team take great pride in looking after our customers and receiving compliments for their work. Below is a selection of e-mail comments received during 2017.

- I just wanted to say a massive thank you; to you, the entire events team, chefs, caretaking staff and of course Sam. The evening was a resounding success in terms of revenue generated but also in terms of feedback from our guests and sponsors. - I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful day you gave us last Wednesday. Your support and generosity were absolutely outstanding and you made us feel so welcome - both before and during the event. Please pass on my thanks to Ian and Adam who were so helpful. Adam was a Godsend on the day as he grappled with technical difficulties and sorted out our Powerpoint presentation so that it fitted once the screen was raised a little. What a star! As you could see, the children and their teachers and families all had a marvellous day - they were so full of pride and joy - they had a day that they will remember forever. - Just a note of thanks with respect to the Followers of Rupert weekend (26-27 August). A good time was had by all despite the building work and the food was exceptional for both evening meals (Friday and Saturday).

- Thank you once again for an excellent meal. The Mayor of Sceaux and his wife were extremely impressed with both the quality and presentation of the food and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. In his capacity as Secretary General of the Association of Mayors of France and President of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service, the Mayor will have enjoyed many banquets so his comments are praise indeed. – Leamington Twinning Association – Pyne Room – October
